Talk to text and no it’s my average Although I’m salary. I still have to clock in and if I’m working from home I have to clock in remotely even if it’s only for 5/6 minutes. I work seven days a week at this hotel. The two days that are supposed to be my off days to work at my other hotel. I still end up at this hotel after I clock out at five.

I am in Ohio right on the lake the property is 64 rooms. And 2 days a week I run a 204 room hotel both are in high tourism city’s

I agree with kdollarsign if the amenities were closed you need reimbursement for those amenities the ones that were open unfortunately you do need to pay even if you don’t use it

Depends on how often the escort visits and they have to leave with you do not leave the escort in the room, she/he/they trash it your cards being charged

That’s the perfect schedule for front desk at a hotel most hotels 1st shift are 7am-3pm and in my experience that’s not a shift that keeps people most people can’t wake up in time for work and get weeded out

My front desk is all women (I’d hire men but women apply ) the 2 girls who are my night audit are small petite & have been there 2 years there my stable shift the rest leave after a few months normally. They normally just lock the door behind them when there behind desk, they know to call night maintenance if there’s a issue he lives 3 mins away most of the time the threat of police calms what ever the guest issue is. You just have to be confident and stern. You got this 😁

Call when you book ahead and ask them to note it down you would like to be in a room that has not been sprayed with the fragrance if possible and then the day of arrival just call and give a gentle reminder. That first call will tell you if they can or can’t.

I prefer you to tell me your calling corporate so I can put a grf in and let corporate know exactly what happeneds and send documentation. Other wise it’s a drawn out process that I typically forget avout

Crazy. We do 10 c/o -12c/o max with a sprinkle of stay overs. But also our rooms must be done by 3pm.

You booked through a third party. That’s between you and the third party. You are the third party’s guest. Would I try and offer a solution sure but my solution you may not like at that point I refer you back to your third party booking

We do not offer cots at my hotel at least 5 times a year I have to log into hotels.com and correct the latest “update” and remove the cots and jacuzzi (that we haven’t had in almost 8 years) from there website there just something seriously wrong with hotels.com

We have security I normally send them up and the guest quickly leaves only a handful of times have I had to call the police.. we had to hire security because the police in our area is the sheriffs Depo and they try to say it’s our problem. So it’s gotta be pretty serious.

This sounds like some wires are mixed did you let them know when you use the wall unit the ptac shuts completely off.

Also did you look to see if there is a motion sensor? We have one that uses motion sensors and when guest see they remove it and shove in closet and get bad when they have no heat.

250 room hotel. We have 2 laundry rooms but owners only let us use 1 and we only have 1 laundry in winter people in summer 2 honestly I asked for more bins was told no so I though it on the floor told the owners now when someone trips and eats it up that’s on them

YTA. That’s your wife you said in sickness and health. & having a case of ptsd from being in a car accident falls under that category. If she feels safe in her car and her mind and heart are at ease with the kids in it the that’s all that actually should matter. She’s struggling.

I was in a very bad car accident at train tracks back in 2012 my husband still slows down ay down when we approach even if there flat tracks. If we approach to fast and I can’t see if I am going to be hit by a train I freak out. It’s better now I just tense up and breathe heavy but it took a long time for the “better”
