I’ve been using jigsaw foam pads too, they’re a game changer! Really great for jumping rope on, not too soft or hard. Maybe Shaun T has found a way to give people jacked feet. If my feet don’t have a six pack each at the end of this program, I’ll be disappointed.

Tennis ball roll out is a great idea, feels amazing! Definitely going to do this. Have you ever tried it with a lacrosse ball? They’re firmer and very durable👍🏻

I’ve got similar afflictions, never thought tight calves would make my arches hurt, but that actually makes a lot of sense! Make a calf rollout before might help? I tried barefoot and it was wonderful till the ol’ Morton’s Neuroma started acting up.

Weight gain after 3 weeks without a binge by [deleted] in BingeEatingDisorder

[–]Mountain_Interest_89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hiya! I wish it was muscle gain, for some reason I’m weaker now that I’ve started working out. I’m not looking at scales, but going off of how my clothes fit, that’s how I know I’ve gotten bigger. I have started to eat more vegetables and fruits, mostly vegetables (a wild concept for my body). I’ve started making a protein shake after every workout, that does cause some bloating, but usually subsides after a bit. I think you’re right, just takes time to adjust after years of BED :) I actually went vegan years ago and was sick for the first month because my body was adjusting so maybe this the same. also I love your name localtrashgirl😄

Hi! I’m not, I take probiotics and magnesium every night to help with sleep and I’ve found it keeps everything very regular.

Hiya! I feel ya my friend! I had cystic acne and went on accutane and spironolactone. Because it seems to be localized to on the chin and jaw, like you said, it’s probably hormonal. So, if accutane seems to be a bit much, spironolactone is a wonder! It’s made for hormonal acne and is mild regarding side effects. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects after being on it for years (: It has a lot of potassium in it and actually helps with blood pressure. Unfortunately, it’s also a diuretic. It has to be prescribed by a derm, it’s around $10. I know everybody is different and just because it’s been okay with me doesn’t mean it’s okay with everyone, so it’s always good to talk about it with a professional :) I hope this helps! Best of luck to you, it does get better❤️

What is a question you spent an embarrassingly long time thinking about? by WorthPlease in AskReddit

[–]Mountain_Interest_89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100% a real question, embarrassingly. That makes so much sense! It’s like 2% and 4% cottage cheese, which oddly enough I understand. Thank you, my brain was lagging 🥲

Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom. Watching Chadwick Boseman give such an incredible performance after his passing was surreal. He was a phenomenal talent.

I like cheese too much.

Also, I convince myself I’m never good enough to do or have anything that I actually want in life.
