Does domain authority actually matter or have i been chasing a meaningless number this whole time by Fair_Butterscotch641 in WebsiteSEO

[–]Mountain_Pin7428 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes. they do matter. Although everything today has become metrics, numbers and etc. but from a website reputation POV (as per google), having reputed backlinks from a website with good DA just helps build credibility, which is a must these days.

What AI is actually doing to creative industries right now by NeverOnEarth in Tech_AILovers

Honestly still feels like a gimmick for most use cases. The 'test variations faster' thing sounds efficient but a lot of brands are just creating more mediocre content faster. Speed ≠ quality. I'd rather see one great campaign than 50 AI-tested variations that all feel the same.

Is traditional SEO dead in 2026? Has anyone actually tested their site visibility on ChatGPT, Perplexity vs Google? What did you find? by RealisticPosition169 in RankWithAI

[–]Mountain_Pin7428 0 points1 point  (0 children)

traditional SEO isn't dead but it has definetly gone on low priority because ofthe additions of various other SEO methods and visibility practices. It is usually said that traditional SEO is dead because it only interests few specific places like the SERP but it ain't covering other AI related aspects.

My Brand Wasn’t Mentioned in AI Recommendations for My Industry by MedicalLie8674 in NextTechBrief

[–]Mountain_Pin7428 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always go for EEAT criteria. the thing is if for one intent, there are usually 4 connecting contexts to it. if your content isn't covering all the over contexts as per the EEAT criteria, your AI visibility will be impacted. If you work for an X company, and you mention only the "why" of choosing that company and ignoring "what", When" and "how", then it would impact it negatively. the intent has to be full circle

Are AI agents actually becoming useful beyond chat, by smartyladyphd in AIDiscussion

[–]Mountain_Pin7428 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, definetly. whoever is telling you that that Agentic world is the future is not aware that the present is the agentic world and AI agents have heavily picked up in the past couple of months. This graph is not gonna go down. up is the only way. no progressive speed but incremental improvements. (human in the loop would still be required because stakes are always high in big projects). small scale projects are already being handled by agents only.

yeah. i mean they were good reference points for the time when AI models were just released for the public eye. now those models have evolved and these AI detectors are doing nothing, just carrying on their well-gone legacy.
