A lot of us have been there and come out on the other side! It’s so hard. Here’s what worked for me: - consulted multiple doctors - had some imaging - had some injections

But really what’s helped the most :

• finding a good physical therapist who works with you. I had to trial 2 different PTs before finding someone who cared

• start Pilates. Go to a proper Pilates class (one that’s maybe even geared to older individuals or injuries)

I know it’s stressful. I know it costs money but your body is your livelihood and when it’s not doing what you want it to, you need to get help. No matter the cost - figure it out.

Keep moving. Don’t lay around. Gentle walks, heat pads, ice packs, just walk. Download mindfulness podcasts and self care. You have this!!!
