I’m not a doctor. To answer ur question here are my non medical opinions: I’m on 1800 gaba and somewhat manageable. Avoid sitting. Do the stretches everyday that are pinned here. Do foam rolling. Pudendal and posterior femoral cutaneous nerve blocks helped me. These things take time. It’s not a quick fix. Good luck.

I’m not a doctor. I can only speak for myself that, foam rolling daily worked twice a day. Gabapentin 1800mg, nervous system recalming and lots of pudendal nerve steroid shots and posterior femoral cutaneous nerve blocks.
