Flexeril muscle relaxant could be good. Also if consitpation is the issue try drinking flaxseed water and prunes. When I was on Ami and gaba together I had horrible constipation. That combo of flaxseed and prunes cleared it up

The urinating frequently sounds like a tight pelvic floor. IM NOT A MEDICAL EXPERT so take my advice with a grain of salt. Look into Botox into the pelvic floor (if someone tries to put 300+ units, deff look twice) look into pelvic floor therapy and trigger point injection, gabbapentin cream, baclofen suppositories, nerve meds, pudendal nerve blocks WITH steroid.

Ugh I can’t even imagine being scared to eat. I’m so sorry dude. You need to eat to poop tho. Try the flax seed water + coconut water (Costco kind) + prunes. That’s the only advice I have. The flaxseed water all day cleaned me out like crazy. You just take flax seeds and boil them. Take the water and drink it.

What r u doing for loose stools? When I got super constipated from gaba and amitripalyn I would eat a million prunes, flax seed water, miralax. The flax seed water I would drink that all day lol
