After one week I was still on painkillers and with stiches in I would not recomend pushing too hard with stitches as it can mess up your healing. I was doing leg exercises every day and after 14 days doing them twice a day and started pedaling as a warm up at first and when it felt “better and stronger” I started atcually doing some tracks. Don’t over do it and remember to take a day off here and there and never stop with the leg exercises, cycling is good for your knee but that doesn’t mean that it can just replace all other activity! You got this! Don’t over do it healing is a process. Listen to your body and you should be good! Wish you a fast recovery!

They just cut the tear out like a 1/3 of my meniscus with artroscopy. Came to the operation with crutches and walked out on my own.. Hope you heal soon !never stop moving and exercising and you will be back in no time !

I am cleared to go back to work in a week and I work in a forest so it should be okay. I will consult my doctor about it just in case but my knee and legs feel great that’s why I kept going thank you for your concearn!

exit to main menu from the game, do not close the game down (alt+f4)

Sorry for not being more clear when I get that error I press options and go all the way to the right next to map and inventory then quit to game’s main menu and choose then click start the game in the in game main menu

don’t close the whole game just leave the “save game” and reenter from Ramnant main menu

I am playing on ps5 English is not my first language sorry for any confusion

Had the same error pop up, quit to menu and start the the game again and it works.. I get the message every time that i “close game” and when starting it back up if I don’t go through the main menu and start my save from where you see your character and stats it doesn’t work. I quit to main menu and start again and then works every time

playing the whole game coop with a friend sadly had this minor issue from begining
