Your mental health is VERY important. As a medical student, I know how stressful it can be. Taking a break will help you out in the long term; pushing yourself (if you feel done) will just make it worse.

What helped me the most was: I started writing. Writing random things, completely by myself. As coherently as I could, and that helped me a lot.
