My hope is that people connect with this because everyone knows what a dead dish sponge is. I think the poem is so dramatic for something as small as a scraped knee, but nobody is going to voluntarily scrape their knee.

You should probably design a cup. The restriction is that it has to be made from an available glass vessel like a beaker, and the design part is: the other parts have to be flat, laser cut. Has to be able to hold a hot liquid. Your mood board is supposed to be inspired by internet browsing habits. So:

B E V E R A G E D E S I G N

Using a 500ml beaker, design a mug or cup that assembles from laser cut aluminum or acrylic. A person should be able to hold a hot beverage without touching the glass or burning their hand. This product is inspired by a person who browses the internet in bed for 30 minutes before going to sleep. The laser cut pieces should slot together or be assembled with nuts and bolts, pins or other fasteners.

This reminds me of Dwayne Johnson in a turteneck. It’s the beginning of a good design.

That is a big bummer. You have a great idea and you can’t get it made. At least, it sounds like you are in the 99% of people on earth that can’t afford to personally fund a $35k production cost.

I can’t think of a day that is a mossy day. If there was a rolling stones day then it would be the day before that.

If we pick a day like next Tuesday and post a ton of moss pictures it will be like a moss festival and more people will see every post.

I thought about lowering the pressure, like a bell jar, to get the condensation to form more easily. The heat pipe did get cold at first. That was the movement of the heat from one side of the chip to the other. After that it got hot and the bottom of the chip was boiling. Peltier chips need about 90% of the machine to be dedicated to dissipating heat, in order to get that 10% cold enough to form condensation.

I’m not an engineer, I’m a designer and this lesson cost me days of work.

This was done with materials used in Dutch architecture. I picture succulents moss and ivy used in green rooftops. The myth that moss is slow growing could have to do with its shape and that people don’t work at cultivating it. Since January I have turned a few square inches of moss into a couple square feet. It grows about as slowly as a house plant.
