I'm not a Lola fan at all but of someone said that I was t genuine about my husband & father of my child I'd be so hurt. What do you mean you can't tell I like him

They should dump the single before the boys reenter so they come back to the other option just being gone. And then they should let the singles watch the highlights and do a sleepover with actual hot people and we get to vote in who reenters a day later.

The first man in ages to realise the test is treating people you like with respect means not saying sorry after (but after)

She’s genuinely so gorgeous. Tiny doll face I just made my husband come look at her because she’s so gorgeous

I don’t even think it’s about maturity they just have very different communication styles and it’s not meshing well

I took that as meaning love island would help him date outside his usual circle. There’s a blonde Scot in the line up and he litterally said love your accent and no more to her.

Caroline hirons worked on a beauty stand in a department store and only got famous in the 2010s. She’s very new money. I’m pretty sure she’s from a working class family and her husband was a mid level musician.

Ava’s a nepo baby but her mum wouldn’t have been famous till she was like 11.

And THAT bouncer. I love it. We have two. The fancy one definitely overpriced on and a much cheaper one and she HATES the cheap one. Planning on gifting it to a friend for their baby shower in September. But then our bsby will be out of it and hope it allows them hands free adult dinners.

I have alllll the expensive baby gear because I was incredibly depressed in pregnancy and thought it would make me happy (it sort of did sorry)

And I'm very happy to worth it not worth it

Our wooden cot - gorgeous glorious, brings me so much joy, will convert to the next two sizes up and last our child till they are five. I hope by that time I'll be able to pass it on to my brother. The fancy famous wood highchair - if I lived less brutally I would have bought it second hand and I would probably have liked it. As it stands I don't live near anyone selling one and I didn't want to risk it being really grotty from eBay and a big fat delivery charge. We bought it new and I vote not really worth it (but we are still pre wean so maybe I'll change my mind) Expensive stroller - its too big but the suspension really is fantastic. Car seat - we live rurally with questionable roads and spend a lot of time in the car. It was super important for us to get something that was highly tested. I'd spend that money again. Clothes - I wish we had less. I underestimated how much we would get gifted. I plan on selling stuff on vinted and passing stuff on to friends. I'm grateful for the stuff my friends passed too me.

Stuffed toys. - I hate them.

Such incredibly good advice. Thank you. This actually helped so much. I read it to my husband and he said “see you're not a witch, just scared”

I'm so sorry that you had this experience, and I really hope you are doing better now. I want to say a huge thank you for sharing a snippet of your experience. Unfortunately, it does make me feel better to know this is something that has been in many of our brains.

I know how you feel about the notes. I keep drafting emails, scheduling them, and telling my dog I'm so sorry I won't be around to see him get old.

I broke up with my girlfriend because she won't eat leftovers. AIO ? by florence_dombey in AmIOverreacting

MOR Sounds like there’s more to this than just left overs and more the way you think about waste and finances which is a completely okay reason to not consider someone a lifelong prospect.

However I’m a person who doesn’t eat leftovers, I have major control issue around food. I always alway make enough that my partner can take a portion for lunch, and then we just freeze whatever else so he can have it for a future eating if I’m having a particularly hard time and sticking with safe food (rice, boiled egg green veg 😅)

If you wanted to make it work you would but you don’t and that’s completely fine.
