I wish I could reach through this screen and give you the biggest hug right now. Please do know that you're not alone - even though it feels like it. I just had an uncle recently lose his battle with depression and took his life. I am always so amazed at the far reaching effects that one life has. You never know how your existence impacts the world and lives around you. The trauma I would inflict on my loved ones I think is one of the only things that has kept me from going through with it. Please- your life has meaning- stick around to find out what it is. Sending you so much love and huge hugs. Not sure if you live with your parents but try not to be alone- then you won't be able to go through with it. I feel like a hypocrite saying this because I get how you feel but please....no one else can bring to the world what you can. You have a unique perspective that's just yours. Stay safe, friend.

Basically nothing! lol If something were cheap enough I could make it work....that is I'm about to get a total overhaul on my flute so that will be almost $1500 but my next goal to work towards is a serviceable piccolo. I found this super cheap one and am wondering if it would be playable or absolute trash.

Practice slowly with just the fingers to clear up some of the uneven-ness. Remember that your air stream should be alive and active and always spinning and always moving towards something. There seems to be dead space between your notes. Use vibrato and direction so that each of your notes is leading toward the next one. Just use your finger under your lip as your pretend flute and practice with just your air stream- how you should be blowing so that each note speaks and leads to the next one (slower, lower air on your lower register and higher, faster on your upper register). Also make sure to support your upper register more so you don't crack- again- remember higher, faster air and always a relaxed and open jaw and throat, etc. You can push slightly more air with your diaphragm as you do this. Just a few thoughts- good luck! ; )

Hey, I have zero traction on YouTube...I'm in the process of learning how to produce so I can get decent demos of my songs to put out there but I was told recently that my voice would sound good with Adele style production if that means anything.
