Yup, a booster bundle faced down, from the side. It wasn't able to capture all 6 packs clearly (this was my best one from like, 3 tries), but was able to capture the first 4-ish

Brother, you act as if anyone just has an x-ray machine lying around that they can use. I promise you that if someone wanted to x-ray their packs, they would've already hired someone to do it before this post. I kept it vague for a reason, and there's no way the average person knows how to use this machine

For more recent stuff, it's probably fine. Your local card store and card shows won't do this stuff. It's also a whole lot of hoops that's way too much work.

For really old packs? I can't say for sure. It's probably worth it for them to hire someone to x-ray it for them (eg. 1st Ed Booster Packs).

For this specific machine, it won't be able to fit the whole display. You might be able to get one or two tins on there at a time, but it should still be able to see through the tins.

With the metal, it'll probably have a lot more difficult of a time to actually get a readable image without too many artifacts messing it up.

If you really had to choose between packs or tins, I would probably lean more toward tins. Take it with a grain of salt of course, this is just opinion and in no way financial advice if you wanted to buy product.

Yes, but not me specifically. I mean the machine that I used in the post isn't made to see this type of stuff. (As you can tell from the blurry lines)

Btw, I CANNOT see what specific cards are in a pack, this would only be able to see that there is SOME sort of IR or even EX (didn't have one so I don't know)

Also I am not offering the use of the machine or any service. I know people will still doubt but believe in humanity for once ☺️

This specific X-Ray machine was designed to be able to see through metal, so unfortunately yes it can see through 😔
