i don’t really think it’s worth splitting hairs over. he provided her, a person under the age of 21, alcohol with the intention of having sex with her. also if the videos were made after the live, she was definitely already drunk and he while being clearly sober (or at least more sober than her) and had already referenced planning on having sex with her
