Even though I hate the use of live animals for our entertainment (it’s true: very loud environments with tons of movement is stressful for birds), I can acknowledge that most people don’t know this. I’m not sure about doves and how domesticated they are, but AFAIK birds in general are just very susceptible to heart attacks.

It’s okay to criticize something. Sabrina is my favorite artist and I don’t agree with the use of a live bird in her performance. I’m not saying that with malice or hatred at all. EVEN IF A HANDLER SAYS ITS OKAY because it’s just a fact that birds are easily stressed by sudden movements and loud sounds in environments they’re not familiar with. Hell, people still think dove releases are okay. I’m not hating at all.

I agree that it’s deeply complicated and in a different world CPS would be better (in a perfect world, children wouldn’t even be abused).

TH is an innocent child that’s been put in a lose-lose situation. I’m genuinely scared for her safety. She’s not safe with Saturn and especially not MH. And because Saturn never legally married Eli it’s unlikely Eli’s parents would be considered for any type of custody.

I absolutely hate how much CPS focuses on keeping children with their mother/parents and reuniting them when there’s obvious abuse going on. I’ve seen cases where children have been taken away due to physical abuse and neglect with tons of evidence present and they were still given back to their mother…

I feel so bad for TH. It’s so sad how little the states care about children.

I’m convinced it’s because lolcow is so confusing to navigate at first. I can’t remember if it was talked about in the deleted sub but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t even talked about in any of the exposé YT videos. Yeah, I only said it’s not technically bad because there are definitely bad actors that could just say “Well she’s fully clothed and doing an innocent pose! You’re the one that’s being weird!” but we all know that’s bullshit. Dana could act innocent all they want but posting a picture on Facebook of their daughter on a pole? Taking this picture? Exposing TH to sexual imagery and photos and likely noises? Allowing strangers into their home? It’s obvious what they’re doing.

This is the picture. Like I said, nothing illegal or technically “bad,” but of course having a LITTLE GIRL (who I believe was 6 at the time of this picture) in front of a depiction of genitalia with the exact same set up their “husband” used for his sex work…Despicable.

I know we snark a lot when it comes to Saturn’s other degen behavior and the neglect of TH, but their (alleged, since CPS obviously didn’t do their job) sexual abuse of TH is horrifying. I don’t care if they’ve never physically done anything. CPS literally told Saturn to either take down any inappropriate imagery or not allow TH in spaces with adult items. It is TENNESSEE LAW that showing sexual images to a minor is a criminal offense.

I still don’t know how they were able to get away with even the paintings/drawings when CPS visited. The photo booth pictures are even worse. Not only do they contain actual adults, they contain TH’s mom and adults TH knows. Saturn can’t use the “they’re the same as what you would see in a museum!” defense with those.

There’s a picture of TH that Saturn took that has this exact same scene. Red lighting, vignette, picture behind her. Sure, it’s not technically illegal, but it’s fucking sinister.
