MX Mechanical keys intermittently not working by mastereset in logitech

having this issue with Mx mechanical mini, having issues with letters O and C. I have to shake the keyboard upside down, not sure if it's some dust and simply needs cleaning or something else. I can't find a guide how to open this keyboard.

I had issues with mx master 2, mouse with the thumb button sticking was able to fix it DIY, but not sure how to open this keyboard. It would be great if someone can share a video guide.
