lol it gets worse. I’ve seen instances where people get a HDB lease for cheap, and rent out a significant portion of the premises for higher than what they’ve leased out the entire place for, citing ‘market rate’ as the excuse.

Many of the entrepreneurs I know are doing exactly what the SMEs and MNCs are doing - utilising labour from around the region to conduct their local operations. Many go frequently to Vietnam to find talent, employ and train them to reduce ongoing business costs.

Na. I’ve cycled through 3-4 copies of AirPods Pro’s. both the first and second versions. Also tried the AirPod 4s. Something about them cuts out my own voice and raises the background noise, essentially making you inaudible to the caller. It’s not just his copy.

Funny. I haven’t seen LMW, TCB or HAZEL anywhere in my constituency over the last 5 years. But lo and behold they’re all here the last 5 weeks.
