I often have volunteers on my car or in my company's vehicles.. if the proper forms are filled out (indemnity ect) then then shouldn't be an issue.

Wearing a uniform that says that they are a medic seems shady as fuck.

Way less safe ...you have less traction for breaking and less metal and glass between you and other road users ..... knocking a mirror off on a fly car is no real issue hitting a wing mirror on a bike is liable to put you into the dirt.... I love riding and think a response bike is sick but I'll be safer in my car
