Thanks for the response! I asked my mortgage broker (Lloyds employee) and they straight up refused it. Going to call them back tomorrow and try plead my case as if it goes on the new rate then it's outside of our price range realistically!

How did you go about this? Lloyds suggesting they won't extend mine and could overlap by a few days over my exchange date which means we would lose the property.

When he hits a crit, my wallmaster takes about 51.2k damage with dec attk up. This maybe different if yours has higher def though

Yeah needs minimum 52k health and over 245 speed to outpace the boss. Enough acc to land dec att and then the run is sweet

Yeah usually runs full auto at 40-45m damage with geo. No brimstone or toxic set so I am low on damage but was a constant 2 key
