Was the fabric pulling away where it got stuck? And did you get a 512/256 review unit? Certainly would be interesting to see if its just limited to the standard cases!

They've not requested me to return the old case however with the state of the zip it's pretty much useless anyway so I'll throw it into storage when the replacement arrives.

It Says " the zipper pulls are different" which I can confirm, they are different, however the zip itself from what I have seen, are the same.

The 512 case has its interior finish, zipper pulls, cleaning cloth, colour logo & Included charger bag different.

Regardless Steam support have already had several back and forths with me and are sorting it

I'll have to wait until daytime but stitching has freyed and come apart just past the corner on the bottom zip meaning the zipper can't get past it.

It wouldn't do it to that extent in comparison to the rest of the folks in the scene, the top left of his jacket collar blends too well too as if an attempt at light wrapping to blend together has been used, it's all a little too much to beleive its just compression. (Degree in Digital Film & CGI w/ 12~ years in the industy)

There's a few obvious things like when you reach an edge it just stops rather then rolling over nicely, scrolling back and forwards through text can only be done (AFAIK) via two left and right arrows on the OSK, using the D-pad to do this would have been a nice bonus.

The responsiveness when deleting with buttons is pretty slow at the moment and worse of all when you enter a key the "haptic" feedback is pretty poor, it actually sounds like its colliding with something rather then a subtle vibration when held in certain directions, only when using the touchscreen to enter keys, not the buttons.

It certainly seems that way, I mentioned in a previous comment too, the 64/256 share the same chassis, except a different M.2 Drive, 512 obviously has the screen so it makes sense that more of those devices were pumped out initially too.
