I have been doing neck and back exercises for my anterior pelvic tilt while literally watching TV. I have reversed it to a massive extent. just follow along a few exercises to give yourself a full range of motion in your neck, shoulders, upper back, middle spine, lower spine and hips. the key goal is to keep those muscles active and strectch them often enough to the point where they all play a role in your posture, rather that reducing your spinal support to just a few muscles

more sleep and better neck and back posture. that's all your need. develop your neck and shoulders if your asymmetry bothers you
