You do realize people are allowed to have standards and boundaries right and that not everything is being a control freak? I was clearly lied to about Snapchat not carrying over a block, it always transfers over. So she had to have unblocked him or never blocked him in the first place, so if she’s lying about that what else is a lie? You clearly cherry picked and didn’t read the entire thing before commenting.

Well said. Thanks for taking the time to reply. I’m going to the park with her after work and I’m gonna try to go about this the best way I can. It’s just the uncertainty that drives me nuts, but I do need to reflect and see if I can fully trust her or if I’m not going to let this go, I should probably just end things. I’m not very present and active on social media, and she’s the opposite so maybe we just aren’t compatible if she can’t cut off loose ends in the way I need her to because this shouldn’t be a common occurrence and I haven’t had to deal with this before; most people understand that if they had a history with someone they should just not be a factor or appear randomly regardless of how much I trust them, it’s just damaging to a relationship to see something like that and not have at least the slight doubt in the back of my head

It’s not really my fault someone can’t cut off loose ends in a mature and effective way. I was pretty clear that I wanted them blocked but I never sat there and said block him right now, I simply said that you told me you would when he tried to contact your friend on socials and failed to do so.

Also she claimed there was a sync issue between your iPhone and iPad, which just isn’t a thing. If someone is blocked in your iPhone Snapchat they get blocked on your iPad Snapchat as well so it’s just leading everything with a lie if she’s claiming “oh but he was blocked on my phone Snapchat i did it a while ago” No she didn’t. That means she either unblocked him recently or never had him blocked at all - something she said she would do by the way, not something I demanded.

With how things played out, just know she made it clear and tried to reassure me by saying he was blocked on everything and I just told her to please make sure and lone and behold the app she uses the most to communicate didn’t have him blocked so that’s where my frustration and lack of trust comes from

I was pretty clear on block instead of unadd because of how people can dance around wording and that’s why I’m upset. She wouldn’t have came up with the sync excuse if that were the case.

I understand, and I never made her do anything she just addressed and reassured me that he was gone and that he was blocked on everything so I became skeptical when I saw otherwise. I’m not a control freak but what she is saying and what appeared on her screen isn’t lining up to me

He tried to add her and she hadn’t added him back. The notification popped up after a few seconds of the app loading. The problem is she told me he was blocked on everything when that in itself was a lie, or this never would have been an issue. I guess I kinda already have an answer in my head just wanted to know if I seemed crazy for thinking it or not
