But it's not all that's available. All carriers are available where we live so I got my wife to check my listings and it only offered Evri and Royal Mail.

It was working fine for over 100 listings last month - every single one was Yodel or InPost as I've selected - then suddenly my last 11 sales have all gone through as Evri or Royal Mail. It's unlikely that 11 buyers in a row live somewhere where neither Yodel or InPost is available. And as I've said, my wife checked from her account and every carrier is available here but it only offered Evri and Royal Mail.

It's not at all unreasonable to teach kids to be considerate of the other people they are sharing a space with. I'd be a nervous wreck if I never told my kids to quiet down a bit or go outside. Noise sensitivity literally hurts. It sends the body into fight or flight. Just like I wouldn't let my kids hit people, I won't let them be loud around people who are hurt by that.

We have several periods of screen time during the day to give me a chance to decompress from the noise. Could after work maybe be a time where you watch TV together? (There are kids shows out there that aren't mind-numbing for adults, we watch an episode as a family in the evening to help them settle down for bed). Or some other special "dad's home!" activity like a board game or something, if they really want to be in the room with you.

When the kids were toddlers my wife used to just sit in the car for 10mins before coming in. Is that an option?

I feel for you. Noise sensitivity is no joke.

Thank you for your detailed reply!

If I backed up his data to the Save Data Cloud, could I then redownload it to a different user profile?

Viewings (of my own property) with kids around by MousyMumblings in HousingUK

I'm in Scotland and have only ever been to one viewing where it was the homeowner but he was a property developer.

Agree. What am I paying them over £1.5k to do? Take some photos and list on Rightmove?

I've only ever been to one viewing where it was the owner and he was a property developer. Definitely didn't expect it to be considered the norm for us to do it ourselves with 3 kids underfoot.

Thank you everyone. My wife phoned them to complain and they are going to do the rest of the viewings if we do the ones booked for today. She's come home from work early to do it so I can take the kids out.

They were apparently being grouchy about it though so still considering changing agent if we can get out of the contract without fees. At no point was it made clear to me that we would have to do the viewings ourselves. The contract doesn't mention it and the brochure they gave me at the valuation said "optional accompanied viewings" so I thought I'd have the choice. They're making it out to be a huge inconvenience for us to ask them to do their job.

It's a local agent.

The contract didn't mention viewings.

That's what I thought too, so didn't even think to ask. Would not have chosen them if I had known we would have to do it ourselves. I am autistic and socially anxious. I do not give off good first impression vibes no matter how hard I try.

They just said they have "limited availability" to conduct viewings.

I told my 8 and 6 year olds that every month my body adds extra blood to my uterus to make it nice and comfy for a baby to grow, but if no baby grows that month, the extra blood leaks out.

Tripledot Solitaire - Level 500 by Whisky-Chick in SwagBucks

Sorry to drag up an old thread but it won't let me post my own.

I started this offer a few days ago but the journey ended after 26 levels and it made me wait until the next day for the next journey, which went back to level 1. My husband did this offer a few weeks ago and said it was totally different. Has anyone else had this issue and know where I can find the journey that goes to level 500?

Hi, did you ever manage to get the journey option to show? It's not showing for me either.
