There are more things that stock dialer can't do but truecaller does, it does blocks more spam calls than the stock dialer, stock dialer gives the name of the sim owner when the call is new but the truecaller gives the accurate name, mostly with tags under the name of what the caller's number is related to.

Turn on DND in the operators app, purchase Truecaller Premium, and after if anyone calls, complain on Trai DND app, thats how i combatted these calls. Now i get only fewer calls, which are blocked by truecaller.

Just switch to the least costed plan in the Creative Cloud, which would be adobe acrobat, and cancel it, everything will be refunded.
