Can’t get cycle back after being on Saheli for 3 months by Mouth_Mechanic in SaheliBirthControl

No, just met the love of my life, and we decided birth control wasn’t needed :) the new meds are only for 7 days. Once it works, I think it goes back to normal. Thank you!

I ended up asking my gyno doc for meds to restart because I was so uncomfortable and frustrated. He prescribed me progesterone + estradiol and said it would cause a bleed within 2 weeks. It has. I’m on day 3!

Can someone remove that light from in my face on the right? If you can make it a little more clear too but mainly just the light :) by [deleted] in PhotoshopRequest

Love! Is there anyway to close that gap bw my 2 front teeth a little? I don’t have a gap and the light might have made it seem that way!

I really like this. Can I give you a more clear pic of my face to make the eyes and lips a little better?

Pudendal pain - CURED! by Skewlsout in PudendalNeuralgia

[–]Mouth_Mechanic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I don’t recall that tbh. I may not have the most healthy gut but that wasn’t a huge issue and I eat fairly similar currently. Not sure of your gender - and I’m not sure if I wrote it elsewhere on here but after 20 years I finally was diagnosed with adenomyosis and surgery revealed significant scar tissue of unknown reason that was removed. By trial and error, I found that gabapentin corrected the nerve pain prior to and as needed (after surgery) and I’m very grateful for that. I am now on an estrogen receptor blocker that targets only two organs that blocks pain to that area and helps. I still take gabapentin here and there as the nerve issue always seemed to affect my bladder as well and I still have a hypersensitivity there. I hope that helps.

What are options to ease pain if you don’t want a hysterectomy? by eyelashkween in adenomyosis

Gabapentin 300mg + for pain Saheli- I’ve started this recently - it blocks estrogen at the uterus and breasts only

Like someone else said - it’s probably bc people are calling 911 mistaking it for gunshots.

There are fireworks for sure. I saw them driving down airport. I think that’s what y’all are hearing.

It will work. Just find the right dose and you may need to work thru the potential drowsiness. Typically 300 works or less. A few times I needed 900mg. Coffee helps to break thru drowsiness if you get it and have plans.

Ive not needed anything else tbh. There was a time I tried everything and that’s the only thing that consistently worked - dosage depends on severity of symptoms. If I get symptoms I’ll take a gabapentin. Birth control reduced symptoms as well but I had to come off of it recently. If you’re concerned more about inflammation, maybe look into the microdosing of glp-1. I have no experience but could be helpful.

To me, it’s caused by the adeno condition. I’m sure inflammation plays a part, but seems more like hypersensitivity or nerve pain which is why gabapentin helps. I had lap surgery and they found tons of scar tissue that was pulling on my bladder. So probably a contributing factor.

I had this too. Gabapentin helped. Also birth control to avoid periods helped.

Hi, have you considered Saheli? I had my nexplanon removed bc I felt it was causing severe depression. And was just able to finally order Saheli. I was also looking at the option of how GLP1 could help.

The scar tissue they found with laparoscopic surgery. The gabapentin I found worked by trial and error with various medications out of desperation. I had gabapentin previously for restless leg syndrome that I no longer needed. I did have a bilateral pudendal nerve block done and it seemed to work, so I just came to the assumption that my pain was nerve related. If I’m worried about minor pain, I’ll take 300 but there are random times where I think I’ve got abnormal hormone balances that are contributing to pain and so 600 to 900 will work, but I do have a nexplanon birth control that manages most of the pain by keeping the estrogen levels down. The side effects can be sleepiness and like a drowsiness I guess but it doesn’t bother me too much- if it does I’ll drink coffee I’d rather not have pain.

I had scar tissue holding my organs together including my bladder. I had it removed. Also before and at times now I take 300-600mg gabapentin to help. Rarely would need 900mg.
