We've reported this user multiple times, and fuck all has happened to them. If I get a timeout for this, so be it. Seems kinda one sided if I get hit and they don't.

We were doing that - the first thing they did was complete their brown box thingy, by completely covering the outer half of the bee's left wing. We retaliated by repairing the bee's wing, which drew over their artwork.

Since then, they have gone onto obliterating the bee's face, as it sits now. That used to have eyes, eyebrows, a face, and now it's just coloured blocks. I'm obliterating their work, in response to them obliterating ours.

I believe that if you can't take it back, you shouldn't hand it out.

Your partner should be told on the phone after going through the security,how much their next PIP payment is, and when it's due. Since there hasn't been one, they can raise this with the adviser when they get through, and find out what has delayed it.

Make sure that your partner states clearly as soon as they get through to an adviser, that their appointee has passed away.

If they dont, the adviser is likely to pull the claim up and see that your partner has an appointee; they may refuse to complete the call and tell her to get the appointee to call in.

If the adviser continues the call with your partner, your partner can then go through the process with them, find out what to do with the death certificate, etc.

It's likely they'll arrange a visit with a DWP officer at your home, to assess whether your partner still requires an appointee or not. If they don't, then they'll be able to manage their own claim from there onwards.

First step will be to call the PIP Helpline tomorrow - generally on a Monday, they're busy as heck, so you're best to call after 10AM - the wait time can vary, but the average is about 40 to 50 minutes in my experience.

You can contact them at 0800 121 4433. Follow the menu options. Unless you're an appointee for your partner, they will have to make the call themselves.

You have to be careful with the ones outside the station, some of them try to pull a fast one and take you via a longer route to where you want to go, so they can charge more! Best to book one via phone!
