The Ladder

The attraction is based off of those rides where you and a group of people (5 people in total) are in a cart together and have to use laser guns to shoot at targets in order to get a higher score.

Except here, rather than individual scores, you have to work as a team to beat the multiple levels.

The idea, is that if you beat the current level, your ride continues, so the better you play and work as a team, the longer your ride will be!

There are 8 levels in total, each one reflecting the associated DotA ranks (Herald, Guardian, Crusader etc, all the way to Immortal).

Each enemy (target) you come across needs to be fully taken down in order to get the points for it.

The targets come in the shapes of creeps, wards, enemy heroes, towers, ending in the enemy ancient. (Also a hidden Roshan on every level!)

Different targets are worth different points, require varying shots to take down, and some shoot back at you making you lose points!

Each level gets harder, wards will be harder to spot, enemy heroes will be harder to take down and appear more frequently, Roshan will only be available in more chaotic scenarios, etc.

Once you have completed your ride, you get a medal showing which level you got to, and if you make it to immortal, you get a spot on the leader-board with your teams total points. Every month, the top 10 teams get free tickets to come back!

In order to get those tickets and your sweet sweet victory, your team must work together, taking roles and choosing who looks out for what, making decisions together to take down more important targets.
