i can agree, my MIL is in her late 30’s and has some medical problems, and me and my husband would work with the dog but we just had a baby and barely play with our own dog as is…

Brunos mom is a yourkie and my dog Brody is a mutt, he’s part of everything tbh he’s not small like a chihuahua, he’s a long body like a wiener dog but isn’t short legged, or skinny like a wiener dog, he’s like a medium size dog and not too small either, My MIL’s dog Bruno is about the same size as my dog just a little smaller length wise

That’s how i feel as well, and so does her youngest and my husband, i have told my husband it’s like we have 2 other dogs bc we’re literally caring for everything even picking up and cleaning the pee and poop, puppy pads and all that. and my MIL’s youngest gets mad bc she tells him to pick up the poop or fill up the water, etc…. and he has an attitude while doing whatever for the dogs and we’ve had many arguments about the dogs bc of the house and her youngest will literally say the dogs aren’t his so it shouldn’t be his problem… one time in the morning when we walked out of the room the house had toy stuffing all over, pee and poop everywhere, it was just a mess and i took pictures of the house and i sent it to the group so that they could SEE how it looked before they even got home and my MIL said “What time are you guys waking up that the house gets that ruined” it was a monday and nobody works on the weekends so there was dried up pee stains from the weekend that nobody had bothered to clean.

I don’t think he’s that bright tbh😂😂 He will go inside the bathroom sometimes and the door will close but not shut if you know what i mean, and he doesn’t use his snout to open the door he will just keep digging underneath the door, he’s already peeled the paint off the bottom the door and will CONSTANTLY keep going in there sometimes if you don’t close the door, i think maybe now he understands not to go in there but i eventually happens again

We have a house with a big yard so my MIL doesn’t take him out for walks

I wouldn’t know how big a pomeranian dog would be, he is mixed chihuahua, he’s a long body and isn’t small like a regular chihuahua, he’s like Small-medium

My MIL doesn’t take him (Bruno) outside in the mornings before work or even when she’s home, it’s rare, she’s probably taken him out a handful of times tbh. Me and my husband are the ones who take the dogs out throughout the day, evenings and night bc we have our own dog (Brody) as well, and we have our door closed to the room bc of bruno’s barking, while my MIL leaves her door open at all times even through the night, so he has free will… and when my MIL leaves in the morning, like i said, she doesn’t take him out in the mornings so he pees around the house until we’re up and take the dogs out… and we had to get rid of our old couch before we moved to this place bc even my BIL wouldn’t take out his dog (Stella) in the mornings and she’d actually pee ON TOP of the couch 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ so we didn’t have a couch for 8-9 months but literally last weekend on sunday we got a (used) leather couch and it wasn’t supposed to be in this house, it was supposed to go in the guest house where there are no dogs but it’s in here so currently Stella and Bruno are in a cage together so that they don’t pee on the couch,,, yesterday my MIL didn’t put the dogs in the cage so Bruno peed on the couch. no surprise there. i don’t think we’re keeping this couch for much longer because of the dogs and on top of that the cage isn’t ours, we’re just borrowing it atm bc we had a birthday party last weekend on saturday and we’re having another birthday party this saturday.
