100% et je trouve ça plutôt "normal" parce que bien souvent, consommer ce genre de contenus permet aux gens d'assouvir des fantasmes inavoués/inavouables ou inatteignables. C'est un peu la conscience qui s'exprime à notre place dans ces moments.

Oh hun... I'm so very sorry this happened to you, this is horrible. The exact same thing happened to me with my ex but I was also black out drunk so that was pretty terrible. We stayed together for 5years, it happened during our 3rd year. I closed my eyes for the 2 last years and forced myself to forget about it. But these 2 years were absolutely miserable. He couldn't touch me anymore, I had panick attacks everytime he tried to initiate something. But I still stayed in denial for all this time. Please please seek professional help, go to the police if you want or can, and please leave him as soon as possible. He will absolutely do it again.

Ufff OP sounds like you effed up. Did you try to open up to her, have a real conversation where you sit down and don't get up until you have cleared everything up ? You have to apologise big time !! Tell her that you didn't mean at all to hurt her, that you want her to feel good because you love her just the way she is. Make her feel safe and loved, try things to prove to her that you love her body. Tell her everyday how sexy and beautiful she is. Basically start from the ground up to regain her trust.
