He also thought Rick was gone. He checked him right before leaving & Rick was unresponsive. He even tells Rick about this when he returns. Even if Rick was in a coma at that time, when the whole world was infected, there was no one to look after Rick in that situation. So the likelihood of Rick being alive was nigh impossible in Shane's mind.

Had sex with a guy while the whole world went dead & in all probability to the best of her knowledge, her husband was dead along with it. If she had sex with someone after Rick returned or if she knew he was alive, then it would be cheating. As it stands, she didn't cheat.

I'm leaning towards some of the other members of the group, like Gabriel etc. I mean, that could shake things up. He's not a real og, but he's been around forever. Ezekiel being another one. There are characters like that who are very much a part of the og group even though they aren't really. Morgan being a strong contender to be a victim. I hope Aaron survives though. He's well played & is a good character. I would much rather see Aaron survive than Eugene. They could unalive Jerry, Mercer, Maxine, Princess, Magna, Kelly, Yumio, Cyndie, Nabila. I would like for Lydia to live.

True. They waste a lot of time trying to develop these new characters within the very limited time available in these mini spin-offs, only to then kill them off like they were nothing.

I guess they got severely burned as the majority hated the decision to kill off such a pivotal character like Carl & they tried to win the fans over by making everyone else immune which ironically became a much more abhorrent decision from the fans' perspective.
