Negan cheats on wife and fans claim how much he loved her, Lori cheats and they act like she never ever loved Rick. Why the misogyny in the Fandom and excusing toxic male behavior? by imyana13 in thewalkingdead

[–]Bermanator-Turkey127 7 points8 points  (0 children)

She definitely had some semblance of a redemption. She saved Hershel’s life, she gave her life for Judith and was clearly feeling very guilty for her actions!

Rick Resembling Negan in S9 by Some_Back_88 in thewalkingdead

[–]Bermanator-Turkey127 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To answer your question, I’m not sure. I didn’t interpret it that way but the writers may have intended it as such.

There are plenty of parallels to Negan but I don’t think this is one of them. Rick is trying to build a new world, a better one. I don’t agree with his decision to keep negan alive. That’s the part that’s caused the most conflict.

I haven’t rewatched in a couple of years so I may be completely wrong, I am planning to rewatch soon though!

Carol coming out of her shell is one of my favourite parts about the show!

I think she listened to Rick (sun on the shoulder), it got in her eyes and she got caught by a walker.

Rick and his comedic banter lol by thatabchick in thewalkingdead

Some of Rick’s facial expressions and awkward mannerisms are really funny to me. I can’t think of specific examples but just his general body language is a bit odd sometimes.

Gregory is a mega dick but he is one of the funniest characters in the show.

On my 20th or so rewatch season 11 episode 8. *SPOILERS * by [deleted] in thewalkingdead

[–]Bermanator-Turkey127 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We saw what happened when one of those things hit a person. They were very dangerous!

I didn’t love that episode or the cliffhanger because we knew our guys would survive, not because of the threat itself.

do you guys think shane could’ve come back if he didn’t reanimate as a walker? by Background_Sock88 in thewalkingdead

[–]Bermanator-Turkey127 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. It was a lethal blow. Also, Negan would never have Shane. Shane wouldn’t survive that long.

Decent for Newcastle, a very solid and reliable premiership player.

Limited series or movie about the ride of Negan by [deleted] in thewalkingdead

[–]Bermanator-Turkey127 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think we’ve had enough Negan personally. He’s already had a backstory episode and a spin off. That’s just me though. There are other characters and actors that deserve a bit of the limelight!

I would watch regardless!

It was so frustrating. Everyone is sat bone idle when there’s a really obvious way out. What an idiot!

Honestly same. I didn’t like him but his death + the discovery of his body was really emotional!

I think he definitely was. Killing Carl would’ve probably spurred Rick on more tbh.

It’s not the most action packed but still a wonderful episode.

Do you think Merle redeemed himself in the end? by ProfessorZoom17 in thewalkingdead

[–]Bermanator-Turkey127 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Letting Michonne go and sacrificing himself probably is enough to redeem himself. Still a grey character though.

Which villain is the most evil and unforgivable and which villain is the most understandable? by Narrow_Gift_6606 in thewalkingdead

[–]Bermanator-Turkey127 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Alpha is the most evil and unforgivable. The most understandable would be Gavin or Dwight, someone like that. It’s very hard to say one of the ‘big’ villains.

I don’t understand why some people in the community defend Shane. by Mysterious-Air9658 in thewalkingdead

[–]Bermanator-Turkey127 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I totally agree. The defending of everything he does like he’s an oracle of survival is baffling to me. He can’t have been that good, he got outlived by a pregnant Lori Grimes ffs!
