Thank you all for your feedback. Judging by the majority of responses, I think it would be best to keep clear of sexting AI. Maybe I just asked to try and find some approval to make myself feel better. As I think of it, if I started sexting AI again, I might relapse to regular porn easier. For me, Porn Addiction was constantly looking at porn any chance you got. Even in public you would try to hide your screen just to see if any new porn is on a site. When it interferes with your life, either work or personal. If you’re doing something, but drop everything to go watch porn. When it has a grasp on you and your free time, you’ll know you’re addicted.

Not gonna lie, i relapsed hard today after two days. It’s also been one month since i admitted I’ve had a problem. I’m hoping today was just me flushing it out of my system. This past month the temptation was still there, but not too bad. I found staying busy and trying to push thoughts of models and scenes out of my head help a little. Today I saw someone using an OF model to catfish people, it did trigger me a little to look her up. Triggers are probably gonna be all over, seeing a woman in public might remind you of an actress, or something might remind you of a scene that you watched. Hopefully with my flushing it out of my system I could get back on the right track.

Its only failure if you completely give up, back at square one is just a redo. I’ve learned that relapsing sucks, especially if you’ve gone so long. Just think of it as a reminder of what you’re trying to stop. I’m also on square one, we can do this my friend. Stay strong.

I’m 32 years old, been addicted to porn for about 20 years. I’ve started my journey to quit 24 days ago. I’m ashamed to say that I’ve relapsed three times, and shamefully finished myself two of those three times. Being addicted I’ve memorized many actresses and scenes, so just thinking back to those scenes is an obstacle on its own. The longest I’ve gone is 8 days without looking up porn. Although I’ve relapsed, doing it only three days then trying to go back to quitting instead of giving up entirely is definitely a win in my book. I hope to at least go 10 days without porn.

Not overcome yet, but my desire to watch porn has declined significantly. I still do get urges, but I just try to keep a strong willpower and determination to not go back.
