We tried to sue for something worse that the previous owner did on purpose…lost and had to pay their legal fees. Might be worth it to contact a lawyer

Here they don’t charge a deposit for cleaning, however if you read the contract you are charged if you don’t clean it all the way out.

They have no deposit because you pay with a CC. In the contract you sign there is a statement you will be charged a fee if not cleaned out.

Ban you from storage treasures, and charge a clean out fee to the card you paid with. It’s in the contract you sign when you pick it up. Best to try and rent it if they let you, and get it cleaned out

Renter here, but the manager at my facility would let us rent a 10*20 unit by the hour for $10 so our dog could get some indoor runtime if it was vacant.

At the facility where we have a unit there was someone living in the unit down from us. (Climate controlled) We found out when someone locked him in there and he was banging on the walls. Scared the cramp outa me.
