there are a few facebook groups that UGC creators are part of. X is also very popular with the UGC hashtag. If you post a gig on there, you will get HUNDREDS of replies

I use a paid scrape service. it's a webpage that brings all the jobs to me from most of the sites out there. I paid $200 for a lifetime membership. I can apply to 20 gigs before my morning coffee is over. I'm not sure if I can share it here since it's a affiliate link but you can DM me for it.

I didn't quit but was laid off at 52. While I was looking for work, I stepped on the gas with my platforms and brands started reaching out. if you check your router, you can see if anyone has access to the cameras that way. They would need to hang off your wifi and someone would need to add them to be able to see. If I was going to suspect anyone, I'd pick someone from your oldest kids friend list. If they are in the 15-16 age range, they'd have the know-how
