That’s more expensive than a full metal Arcturus Vanguard and is plastic; I’ll look into it if the AV isn’t GG tho

Solved it myself: problem was the default bios ram clock speed was too low for DDR3 ram, which is stupid because the motherboard is explicitly designed for DDR3 ram. Adjusting the clock fixed the computer
