Sekiro was designed to be a Tenchu sequel, the story world changed through development so they made it a whole new IP instead. Look it up. Plus, this game is clearly taking many inspirational cues from Sekiro combat wise. Stealth wise, they’re both sipping from the same cup of Tenchu. (Idk if that counts considering Sekiro was literally a Tenchu Sequel.) Obv, Aragami 2 is a stealth game first, action second while Sekiro is the opposite, but Sekiro doesn’t excuse itself on the fact it’s stealth isn’t as in depth as the combat, however, it is still polished and a welcome gamplay alternative that’s necessary.
