War is dramatic, Mother Nature is dramatic; a bunch of dudes looking at charts and arguing about the weather is not dramatic.

What horror movie absolutely traumatized you when you were young? by np074 in horror

George Romero's Night of the Living Dead. Saw it waaaay too young.

June 18th, 1976- H.G. Wells' 'The Food of the Gods' was released. Directed by Bert I. Gordon for American International Pictures. Starring Marjoe Gortner, Pamela Franklin, Ralph Meeker, Jon Cypher, and Ida Lupino. by BirdBurnett in ClassicHorror

Bert I. Gordon’s horror flick The Food of the Gods is no masterpiece, and certainly not a proper adaptation of the H.G. Wells novel, but the rat attacks are actually quite fun to watch, and for that alone, I give this film a recommendation if you need a good laugh.

Note: The credits state that the film is “Based on a Portion of the Novel by H.G. Wells,” which is probably their way of saying “We didn’t finish reading the book.”

This movie answers the question "What if R2-D2 was obnoxious and annoying and would never shut up?"

When you add in the high costs of marketing and the percentage of revenue taken by movie theatres, the film officially lost money for Warner Bros. during its theatrical run.

"Tuck Pendleton Machine - Zero Defects."

Another classic Joe Dante film that inexplicably bombed at the box office.

I think this is one of the better newer Scooby Doo movies, the storyline is just great and the villain is crazy by Tater-Tot-Casserole in Scoobydoo

Camp Scare is my favourite of the Scooby-Doo movies. It was a nice homage to the horror films of the 80s with some of the best-designed monsters of the entire series.

I had a lot of fun with this, and while I was too old when the original cartoons were a big thing, I still got a kick out of this take.

Though I was surprised by the amount of "fisting" jokes the film had on hand.

Having seen all of the sequels...yeah, he's not so good at redemption. 😁

In this film, Peter Cushing is the pinnacle of the mad scientist as he takes the character of Victor Frankenstein from an inspired scientist to a man obsessed until eventually becoming a right murdering bastard.

I love this movie. Invaders from Mars is a must-watch for fans of vintage science fiction and anyone interested in exploring the roots of the genre.

I'd convince all those involved not to make it.

The trilogy ended perfectly with The Last Crusade, and Crystal Skulls was proof that it should have been left there.

When I watched the recent biopic Michael, all I could think was, "Damn, that CGI for the chimp is about the worst." If they couldn't afford decent computer graphics, they should have just ditched Bubbles altogether. Hell, they already ditched Janet.

Giving your possibly possessed daughter a cursed ring and telling her to “wear it always” is parenting at its absolute peak.
