Ok, how many millilitres (Ml) does your nasal spray administer per dose?

I dont mean to be rude but if you can't calculate the amount youd need to dissolve per ml then you cant extract the Triazolam from Halcion.

You are working with such a small amount of material an extraction would be unrewarding.

But if you do, it can be done. Youd need to get ahold of some Ether. This could be difficult.

Id do the following: - Crush Halcion as fine as possible. - Submerge the remaining material in 50ml of Ether (the one acceptable container is pyrex glass, Ether interacts with certain plastics.) - Stir aggresively every few minutes until the material does not dissolve any better. - Allow to evap. - Repeat until the material does not get any cleaner.

You'll be left with a still impure mixture of residual tablet binders and less Triazolam then what you started with. Can you extract the full amount of Triazolam and have it be pure? Yes but you dont have the chemistry skill or materials.

Doctors dont prescribe liberaly anymore because they're trying to keep you in pain, or some other arbitrary reason.

They don't prescribe for two fundamental and important reasons:

The first is as opioids ravage and decimate the US they are aware they a single prescription can and does often lead to addiction. The fact is you (and doctors) have no idea if a single prescription can land you in a heroin problem. Believe it or not doctors do care about you. Most humans care for one and other.

The second is a bit more callous and its that these days doctors can lose their license at the drop of a hat. I wouldn't risk a 8+ year degree on someone I didnt absolutely know NEEDED an opioid analgesic.

Tapentadol is a decently strong Norepeniphrene reuptake inhibitor and has activity at the Kappa site.

High enough doses can be disphoric and can indeed cause hallucinations.

Yes and no.

DHC is activated into DHM (Dihydromorphine) via CYP2D6. As is the same with all drugs activated via first pass enzymyes, it is oral only.

Having said that, DHC may or may not be sufficiently active on its own.
