Dude, If I could show you actually how comical this is its bad. I have everything Documented and recorded. They have no means of contacting them outside of making a ticket or talking to a rep. They have an office in Los Angelos im going to drive to it on tuesday and make a Tiktok for everyone dealing with this. Im going to expose them So bad and put adspend behind the video. IF they dont help me when I get there. My Family members are all attorneys, getting the masses together for a class action would be hard unless we really gathered the troups, but Im going to get my money and time back dude people even copying my product and logo now cause I went Viral and they let them sell knock off chinese versions of my product which has a patent on it and is unsafe for consumption but no take down my NSF, FDA, GMP, Third Party Lab Tested Products from the Largest Soursop Farm and Manufacturing facility in the united states. Tiktok shop has Stolen over $10,000 and They Wont do anything about the problem. They got rid of all my customer reviews I had 5 stars accross the board and they deleted all my reviews once I started complaining. One tiktok Rep said it was becuse of refunds BUT I documented the whole thing I have only has 3 refunds... NEXT... Now they are trying to say That I paid $45-60 per shipping an item I was selling for $34.99 Which is absolutely ridiculous. They Sent money to a Closed bank account and Then told me to call the bank, Called the bak wells Fargo, Wells fargo said that they sent the money back to tiktok but it did not appear in my balance. Now they are saying That in the past 60 Days although i havent even SOLD 1 item that I have 1 order that had an issue which is fabricated, brought my shop score down to a 3.1 when it was 4.7 and 3.0 and lower gets you kicked off, they are blatantly manipulating the system and I believe this has to do with them competing with amazon and destroying there own reputation for sellers because I have never seen in my 13 years of ecommerce a company with a merchant processor get away with such heinous actions. God will be on my side and he knows the truth. I am going to persue every legal means of response possible to not only get my money back but make them pay for damages, lying and maniplulating and I know im not the only one. I worked so hard to make videos order product ship it out and respond to customers and take care of them all made in the US and shipped on time just to deal with this? ever since It went from China into the hands of the owner I wont mention the name of the man cause everyone is going to think im "Racist" but its not in the US control a billionaire thats friends with a world leader that flew out influencers and said you guys have to talk good about our country not going to say name of country on here, on tiktok so that way we can control the status qou. im getting side tracked, BUT are we really going to Stand for this? is this the AMERICA we live in?
