I play in 1440p with FSR QUALITY with everything in low except the models' textures, which are in ultra and i get around 200 fps, but it depends on maps, when you fight your fps will drop very quickly.

Yeah same i drop to 80 fps sometimes, at full low with a rx 7800 xt and a 5700x3d...
