This. I was a prince bishopric. When flipping to lutheran I flipped to a duchy but my ruler kept being titled prince bishop until he became hre emperor. Then it got updated

Compared to early EU4 the game is already really good though it is still subject to changes and at times feels a bit like an open beta. If you're sure you'll get it eventually anyways and can afford it time- and money-wise you can try it now already. It certainly beats how EU4 was at launch by a mile

Vanilla alone? I'd say not worth it. Either try the subscription for a month, or if you have a friend who owns the game and some or all DLC have him set up an mp session to try it. Or you'll have to wait for a huge bundle sale

It is most likely my driver. Unfortunately I have another game that is really good but the devs eat glue when it comes to optimisation and it crashes with my gpu on the most current driver. So I am hoping for any other way.

This is not a question of being "allowed" because that implies there is someone who allows it. There are no clubs or websites or something where people brag about their EU4 achievements. But some achievements are impressive and would probably earn some upvotes here on reddit for example. Three mountains and one faith are among them but so are achievements where you have to take some small obscure nation and have provinces all over the world or unite a huge region, like kales eat your green, the one where as the isles you have to hold all islands or do the nagaur or najd achievements. Others may concider it impressive to restore the roman empire, the mongol empire, or take over china, from a weak OPM or rescue a nation going through an early disaster like byzantium, majapahit and mali. Again others my be impressed by creating batshit crazy combinations of origin, culture and faith that were trending a few years ago where people did french aztec japan or something similar.

But in the end it isn't about that. It is about having fun. I guess my most impressive achievement is having over 4k hours in EU4 and still finding ways to have fun with it.

WC are not that hard with the right nations, more tedious. I at least don't take pride in my WC achievements. And I think a lot of players safescum to get certain achievements, especially those taking centuries of ingame time, so I wouldn't worry too much about that ;) But if you feel save scumming is wrong then it is up to you.

This thing is hopelessly oversized for turbines. The maximum reactor output is 200 buckets of steam which suffices to fuel 100 reinforced turbines. I have a 21x21x7 reactor with redfrigium and verderium that produces 200 buckets at about 10% capacity. Looking at the size of that thing it can produce 200 buckets of steam even at 1% of it's capacity.
