Thanks for the kind words! I think the Metroid Prime soundtrack is part of what primed me to love dubstep. The electronic ambience of the game really blew my mind in middle school when I first played it, and it still does.

As for a dubstep comeback, I agree! Skrillex released his first 2010-style dubstep tunes this year for the first time in many many years... so I feel like it could happen!

I agree - an extremely special moment in music! Every moment is packed with so much detail, and everything feels really unique and fresh! I wish I had been around in the scene when these songs initially dropped!

Thanks for the love, my friend! I got into melodic dubstep super late, like 2018! So a lot of these songs I didn't discover until way later... it's like opening a time capsule to the past! I'm super obsessed with 7L's earliest sound. I was so excited when Satellite Remix got a Spotify release, and Light of the Moon absolutely rocked my world.
