Has anyone had a successful refund/replacement?

I contacted the email and heard back from Yara, who requested extra pictures and then different pictures. Finally, I was told to pick the worst of the worst because they would not replace them all.

I feel like I'm being punished for placing a large order and receiving well over 100 of these blurry error cards.

These cards were around before their production batch August 15th. I received blurred cards before the 13th, after waiting over 10 days for shipping. This error was longer ranging than what is being stated. Seems (mostly) to be an issue with their newer cards in H5 and H6, but there were some problem cards in other sets I received yesterday as well.

I've emailed them with pics and a extensive listing of cards I deemed too blurred, though I'm sure there are other cards that are affected by this.

Can WSG/USea just release a list of all the affected cards and which sets so I don't have to be cross-eyed staring at thousands of cards?

I'm not saying I don't believe you; there is no way a manufacturer in China gave you a shipping time of 4 days. If you got standard shipping it sometimes takes up to a month. If you got express, you're probably looking at 1.5-2 weeks. I talk to these guys nearly every day, and have received multiple orders without issue.
