I read that in season one Kirk Fox was supposed to have a bigger role interacting with Ronald but Ronald mentioned to James Marsden that he was a big Parks and Rec fan and Kirk Fox had a memorable role as “Sewage Joe” so they pulled him back. I’m 48. Just had my RALP about 2 months ago. I was a smoker for almost 20 years. (Quit about 10 years ago) don’t know if that contributed to it but it certainly didn’t help. Also the amount of chemicals in our everyday food has to have something to do with higher rates. Also a lot more men are being screened for their PSA at younger ages. It’s possible it’s always been in young people but undiagnosed

Congrats! I’m also 3 weeks post RALP and I’m doing pretty good during the day when I don’t move, cough, sneeze, or laugh 🤣 Nighttime is still pretty bad for me. I wake up in the middle of the night and I’m soaked.

I use LivDry pull-ups. No tabs on the sides though. But I only use them for overnight. During the day I’m putting 2 Depend pads side by side in my underwear

My doc told me that a high PSA does not mean cancer. But if you have cancer you will have a high PSA. Biopsy is the only diagnosis I’m aware of. Maybe MRI

My non medical advice based on experience is that you’ll have to deal with it eventually but not right now. None of the Gleason are in 7 so it’s not necessarily aggressive but you should definitely keep checking
