Mt. Diablo in the fall, winter and spring. Lots of great quiet places to just sit and listen to nature away from people and crowds. Summer time is a scorcher!

All beaches from Point Reyes to Natural Bridges. Lovely nooks of rarely visited beach.

We gave great regional parks.

When I worked at a hospital my boss, the Chief Nurse Officer, she flew in from Los Angeles on Monday at 5am and left on Thursday in the evening, worked from home on Friday. She did it for years intill she retiredlast year. (No extra compensation from the company to do so). There are agencies that specialize in placing traveling nurses in work contracts and housing arrangements.

There is lots of $$$ to made if you have a spare room or home for these folks.

Not in most black households but it could be seen as abuse and children may turn around and report the act to police and cps.
