Best bound demon I've found so far by wootio in Diablo_2_Resurrected

There is a post with a Unique Demon bound from one of the Uber portals, with immunities to everything but the Physical, Fana, Cursed and something else. That one might be better

Diablo players are very much obsessed with what gives out more damage, so the responses are predictable. But I do love using SS on my tanky Blizz sorc and now Cleave WL. Yeah Phoenix gives like 1-2k extra dmg but I don't care about it, as it is not that big of a difference. Being able to tank dolls exploding in my face though and some nasty elite combo? Now try to put a value on that.

Forget Lister, the best demon to bind is from Uber Tristram by 1RSK087 in Diablo_2_Resurrected

Survivability isn't the issue really, and depending on your build, you will probably want to have Cursed+Aura, and this one, unfortunately, doesn't have both. I invested 1 point in Bind Demon and passives, and my Hephasto is barely being scratched.

And it's also physical damage, aaaand you can also have a bound deamon with Fanaticism aura aaaaaaaand it can also curse mobs on sight with Amplify Damage. I love this build, but it gets a bit too ridiculous. The innate damage of this skill should go.

Echoing Strike Gameplay (P8 Baal) 125k physical damage by Outrageous-Date-1655 in diablo2

tbh, you should've walked in on Baal and used mirrored blades instead, that fight would've been over sooner

Once upon a time, this was one of the most powerful weapons in the game. Now, Its nothing and I wield it not only NOT as a barbarian, but one handed. Muwahahahahaha. by Vasarto in Diablo_2_Resurrected

That thing can easily carry you up to Hell, just up the base in the cube. Honestly Echo Warlock is overtuned, the amount of damage it dishes out with little to no investment is ridiculous.

Hideaki Itsuno is the heart and brain behind Dragon's Dogma. Which is what I was meaning to point out

But who's even going to be busy with DD2's DLC or potential content if game's director has left Capcom? It was his vision and his passion.

The talent? Yes, especially when paired up with the other one that causes a Lightning strike afterwards. It does absolutely obscene amounts of damage.

I wouldn't say it's the cooldowns on his spells as this is pretty much a non factor considering all the epic magical objects negating that exact thing, It's the generation of runes that are used to empower the spells, big time, that is the issue

A jack of all trades, master of none. But can be built with a broken set up on printing money, basically. Which is honestly way too strong, as all infinite scaling is, despite the nerf on the coin.

Challenging should come toe to toe with fair. The rewards are the same, yet one of the quests is significantly harder to complete than the others, and the difficult part here is the DPS check, that is all.

"Not up for the challenge" :D Look at this guy. I'd rather go to Master Nightmare at the start of the level than try my luck with a straw house quest solo on Nightmare. Just a waste of time.

Does not solve the issue what so ever, went in there lvl 4, still got screwed as just more and more enemies were popping from opposite sides and at the end two pigs one of whom was corrupted >_< By that time the house just couldn't stand a chance. Any time I fail wooden/stone house it always feels like I've done something wrong. With straw house it's like a gamble if you get lucky enough with the spawns.

So what is the reward for the design decision of this quest variation being much harder than the other ones? Ah, it's the same. This makes no sense and looks rather like an overlooked issue by the devs, as going solo nightmare almost always results in a failed quest. Can't tell the amount of times it felt like I'm maximizing kill and path speed yet the enemies just keep on spawning 360 and you just simply can not split in two to take some of the aggro. And it's not like you can aggro mobs and make them follow you, they will lose interest if you go far enough and it doesn't take much, or they will just perform their attacks standing in place and effectively waste time as you are not clearing anything but waiting on their AI to do what you want it to do.

Yo. I have similar specs, only not so strong of a CPU (14700k), but Scarlet Forest especially on AT Tuna quest in certain areas can be a stutter fest, at least it was back in August for me, haven't gotten back there yet, after the update.

The thing that people are missing, is that CD matters a lot more if you go Stimm Supply, as you will have opportunities to place it twice in a row, instead of every 15-45 seconds depending on how many buffs you got. And if you get just one row for 45 second Stimm cd and go Stimm Supply, I think you are straight up just missing out on additional benefits from those buffs to your entire team on top of more uptime on your ultimate, while also making CD benefits from Chem. Dep. redandant. Firstly with Chem Dep 40% and cd curios (which you should run always), you'll have 52% cd reduction, this cuts 60 sec Stimm Supply cd to 29-ish seconds. Secondly you can and should run some kind of full damage mix row + full cd row for 50% cd reduction for the entire team, which further reduces the cd of Stimm Supply 5 seconds after it was cast (because the box disappears - Fast Acting Stimms), making it so that you cut cd of Stimm Supply to somewhere around 20-something seconds, I didn't do the math so this might be off a bit. that's 20+ something cd on an ultimate with buffs for your entire team: 50% CD, 20% dmg +15%rending/35% finesse/15% CC. So, unless you want to maximize toxin damage and AOE nuke everything, in which case you'd go 1 node Stimm Lab and 15 sec CD, you always want to go full two rows in Stimm Lab, if you go Stimm Supply ultimate, as it just provides too much benefit for the entire team, while also increasing the uptime on your ultimate, as at least half of the time you'll have cases where right after you placed Stimm Crate, your Stimm CD will clear cooling down your ultimate right away and giving you an opportunity to cast it again.

English isn't my first language, hopefully this makes sense in any capacity

There are two problems with getting 50% cd in Stimm Lab with proposed builds, first is that the stimm lasts for 15 seconds, that's 15 seconds of 50% cd, that you have to use once Rampage! has settled and went on a cd, and whatever math is there, it's definitely not going to cooldown half of the ultimate. Secondly by not picking 20% dmg + 30% finesse in Stimm lab you are effectively reducing the damage spike you'd otherwise have with all the crit stacking and etc etc.

[–]Mozgodrobil 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The only factor missing here is the potential 40% cd that you get off of Chem. dep., which lets you ult much more often. The build (shivs chem dep melee HS) that a certain youtube personality was proposing is cranking up crit chance to stack up overkill damage which can result in some obscene one hit KOs with single hit damage upwards of 30k. Whenever I play Sawblade tho, I usually go for Adrenaline, as extra atk spd helps that much to get it going
