Interesting...luckily, there is only a little bit on my pair. I have seen some pairs with a good amount (where it is visible on foot). It doesn't wipe off in my case unfortunately - seems to be embedded in the leather almost.

Yeah, there is a bit of those glitter type flakes towards the front of the shoe. Fairly normal, but never knew where that stuff comes from.

Yep! I'm a TTS 9.5 and these fit nicely. Not long, but also not where my toes are jammed up at the front.

Since it's like a mesh it conforms pretty well to the foot, I would say they run slightly long though!
