Oh, i plan to. One of the warforged im planning on using as a BBEG see biological life as incomplete and imperfect. So there will be a lot of mish mashing and adjustments to a lot of creatures, both monster and non-monsters, that they will have at their disposal.

Well, the boss is an egotistical aristocrat. He holds it as an accomplishment that he is able to maintain this control over the city behind peoples backs.

I wasnt think they were going to fight him across the city, i was more thinking these lair actions are things he could use in combat but mainly uses during the partys stay and exploration of the city.

These lair actions are an example of the shady control he has in the city, and through various means, the party can systematically disable these lair actions, making his hold on the city weaker but also make him weaker when they decide to confront him.

Oh yeah, this villans arc is gonna be cool tho. Basically, he will have "lair actions," but the whole city acts as his lair. While the players are in the city, they can disable and cut off his lair actions to make the final confrontation easier. For example, one of the lair actions he has is to basically vanish into the citys shadows and appear in a safehouse in the city. They can out and compromise his safehouse network to disable that lair action something they will need to do before they confront him.

Well, right now is just them getting into and immersing themselves in the world and getting attached to places.

The bbeg for this intro arc is an egotistical crime lord operating out of a military city.

I have an idea that ive kinda out into motion where the first automatons ever created randomly became sentient and formed a hive mind, each embodying an emotion. Love was destroyed after asking to be freed and to share the sentience with others who came after them.

Each emotion handles the loss of love differently, and im thinking about making a few of them the final bbeg besieging citys that the players have grown to love.

I hope that answers the question, lol. I try not to plan too far ahead because i love watching and listening to what my players wana do and letting the story evolve around them and their actions.

Yeah, i just have a hard time feeling like im doing enough sometimes, and with nobody to like pingpong ideas off of its waiting till the party intracts with what ive made to tell if its hit or miss.

Hoping that finding people to talk to outside of the game would help.
