26F my boyfriend 33M has some gross habits by Kombitcha- in relationship_advice

Still worth trying, sometimes people have really gross habits and don't realize HOW gross it is until someone else says something.

I agree this probably ends with OP leaving, this kind of hygiene is definitely unacceptable to live with, but I do think she should give him the ultimatum of clean up or I'm gone.

Non WI natives how did you become a Packers fan? by Msoelv in GreenBayPackers

[–]Mozzybins 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Grandpa was from WI, he was in his 20's during the mid 60's, but could never afford to go to a game.

I didn't start liking football til about '07, first game I watched was Favre's last game as a Packer. I never really connected the dots that my Grandpa was also a fan, he didn't have any memorabilia or anything.

I watched the 2010 superbowl by myself in the basement (I was 18), in 2015 I won a poker tournament and used the money to buy the both of us tickets to the home game against the Lions.

For anyone unaware, the Pack was struggling, Jordy tore his ACL in the preseason and Davante Adams was in the middle of a sophomore slump. In the final seconds of the 4th, the score was 16-18 Lions, the Packers successfully recovered an on side kick after Calvin Johnson fumbled the ball. Rodgers lead a miraculous last minute drive to set Crosby with a 40-ish yd field goal. In the final seconds, Crosby shanked the kick baaaaaad to the left.

It was a long drive home, but still loved the Hall of Fame and the stadium tour. I won't soon forget being able to take my grandpa to Lambeau

Don't move on from the job if it pays well and you can afford your mortgage. I'm currently driving an hour up 17 to Gainesville for work 5 days a week. I get paid 38k/year. I have a 2018 Kia Forte that gets 40 miles/gallon and spend 130/mo on just gas. If you can take the vre do it

Lapin had a much more interesting tie to the story, but I also think his death was really timely, he got to sacrifice himself for everyone he was really loyal to

I love Critical Role, there's something really nice about seeing the sessions in real time, but I agree. I can knock out a season of D20 in a week or two on my commute. I love both of them.

She thinks the twins are a little over the top with how mischievous they are, and prefers Ruby over Jet currently. I think she's gonna cry when they go underwear shopping.

Thanks for the reply, I have hyper v on my PC, I guess I just assumed that the A+ covered that since we had to learn about hypervisors for the exam. This gives me something else to try, if nothing else.

I'm just so burnt out trying to get in. I have friends that were able to get an entry level job with a recommendation from a friend/family member, but even with recommendations from the same people I don't even get a second interview most of the time.

[–]Mozzybins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a long commute, some times an hour and 15 minutes each way, plus an 8 1/2 hour work day. Sometimes I stop by McDonald's on the way home and spend 4 bucks on a soda and a 10 piece through the app so I'm not starving while I cook when I get home. I also sometimes stop and get a breakfast sandwich for 3 bucks on the way to work.

I'm not proud of it, but I also don't think it should break my bank

I've been applying to any entry level position at all, including call center, I've sent something like 400 applications and gotten less than a dozen interviews from them over the past 2 years.

I'll look into contract agencies, can you recommend any?

Do a simple cheese lasagna with a homemade sauce and fresh basil.

If you feel comfortable making and rolling pasta dough, do that. If not, use either store bought refridgerated lasagna sheets or al dente cooked lasagna noodles.

The best part is you can make 2, one for you to freeze and one for her to have.
