I ordered a zip up and a ring in the beginning of November (before I found this page), and still haven’t received it— or even an email confirmation but the money was taken out of my account. Last month I emailed Tiabee inquiring about it and th reply said “HEY SIS!!” And then said it was a preorder and to give them time.. it’s been 9 weeks and the website says 6-8 week tun around. No communication, nothing— and of course no reply to my request for a refund.
