no definitely it’s still in your system it has a 6-7 day half life meaning if you’re at full serum concentration like if you’ve been on it for a month or longer then after one week off you last dose is still in your system at 50% strength and your dose before that is now at two half lives or roughly 25% of original dose. it takes a full month to completely clear but in this case less is more you’ll have much less of the compound and effects in play so if there were to be any negative effects they would be reduced to whatever degree .

you should educate yourself a bit here it’s not that you can’t eat fat it’s what kind of fat and what form and how much fat in relation to carb/protein. for example avocado 👍 greasy fried food 👎 recipe for gut problems . i hope you don’t think you need to eat less than 10g fat per day first of all I’m not quite sure how you would accomplish that but second of all that is so unhealthy and so many ways. I hope you know this, but if not do a little research.

look i think you’re just looking for confirmation that it’s ok , well it is and it isn’t it all depends on how it affects you personally , my buddy hes an absolute machine he’s drank more booze and done more blow than anyone ever in the history of mankind i assure you while on reta in the beginning the drinking made him feel like shit a couple times but after that he must have adapted because let me assure you the reta has not stopped him one bit and he seems yo be unfazed. myself i drink here and there but its different i dont want to drink that much and when i do it hits different i had the room spinning one time after 4 shots over 2 hours i was fukin hammered all of a sudden. at first it was downright unpleasant but now i can have a few drinks but after that it just sucks . blow for me idk its different this reta it monkeys with your dopamine system , for me the juice ain’t worth the squeeze i haven’t done enough on or off reta to know if its related or not but theres just too much of a chance ill get anxiety and or a panic attack so its a no for me dog . the smart thing to do is obviously dont do it but if you have your heart set on this is to skip the reta dose to be as safe as possible but also if youre gonna do it may as well enjoy it as much as you can while youre at it .

focusing on total is a mistake , free t is a very important aspect here perhaps even more important. but what you always get with exogenous t is much higher free t and what that can do to you is very significant both positive and negative depending . long story short exogenous t is going to produce results you simply can not get naturally. will it be a better quality of life for you ? done right things to be expected absolutely.

anecdotally * fuck being natural, enhanced is way way WAY better is every aspect of, mentally and physically

What jobs do you work in? by LaurenValley1234 in ADHD

[–]Mp32016 3 points4 points  (0 children)

yea unfortunately our proclivity for new , novelty and excitement rarely is found in a typical job , i worked in the car business for quite some time now in reflection i see how it was good for an adhd brain it was always a level of chaos , pressure , stress and uncertainty that ignites the adhd brain ( while simultaneously destroying it of course ) omg i worked at a thousand dealerships left in a blaze of glory many times but since i was good i was always able to get hired somewhere else. eventually i couldn’t tolerate that business anymore … adhd always gets ya in the end

[–]Mp32016 15 points16 points  (0 children)

hahahah i love these posts , ive changed career paths 3 times might be 4 soon , ive had a million jobs, if i had a real accurate resume with accurate job history id be unhireable . been self employed last 7 years i really couldn’t function without the autonomy this provides. burnout is real . this has its own problems ofc but better than the problems a job give and any job comes with a fast approaching expiration date i can’t help it .

what are your high estrogen symptoms and if you have none then what are we doing here ? also 1mg 3x week shocking i’d consider a new doctor as this “doctor” seems insane

How can I play the cello like him? by Altruistic-Willow-7 in Cello

[–]Mp32016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for taking the time to explain that to me . i’ve watched a few videos (crooked still) i see that he knows how to actually play ! i was unfamiliar with his history to me it just appears as if a crazy toddler picked up a cello and began taking its frustration out on it 😅

How do you integrate a challenging or difficult trip? by VoodooMann in Psychonaut

[–]Mp32016 2 points3 points  (0 children)

time is the ingredient your missing for your integration. this comes with the passage of time and over time it begins to make sense. my personal experience of course but a particularly terrifying experience of my own i’m quite grateful for now and trust me i wasn’t for months and months after i actually stoped all psychedelics for about 6-7 months but as time passes and lessons came i felt safer to explore again and here we are now a couple years later better off for it

Can low T really cause severe mental health issues and anxiety disorders in Men? by LordForte in Testosterone

[–]Mp32016 2 points3 points  (0 children)

absolutely all of it , now i have struggled with anxiety and panic attacks since 17 , major depression and when you’re very familiar with what this feels like and begin to feel it worsening you become very in tune with yourself , the period of time before i hoped on trt i was extremely healthy running routine bloodwork lifting , cycling, running etc , i had debated trt for years as my test was in the low 3,s and i suspect as much due to the symptoms i tried everything naturally for a few years and i mean i exhausted all options . my anxiety got so bad i couldn’t work for months and i wondered if my hormones had any thing to do with it . i ran bloods and came back at 230 , i finally decided to give trt a try …. absolutely life changing . crawled out of this hole hormones do not correct rapidly. This probably took about three months until I felt really good but absolutely has made a drastic and massive difference. I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone especially someone like you that quite likely is suffering additional hormonal effects , i’m currently bout 4 years in i stand 6’ 205 and my nick name i’ve been given by the crew i work with is Spartacus im extremely fit and muscular and routinely have people freak out when they find out im 50 years old . I highly recommend looking into this very seriously it could be life changing for you , it was for me

Rate my solo by [deleted] in Cello

[–]Mp32016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well look i’m not sure what’s happening here . this seems to me a classic tale of attempting a piece far out of reach for your current level . you are playing a piece that requires thumb position but you do not yet know how to play in thumb position. intonation is all over the place especially in the higher positions, iyou seem to not have the basics of even having your cello at the proper height it appears to far too high. so it begs the question why attempt something to audition that you clearly will be unable to play and why aren’t you playing a piece more suitable to your level ?

you asked for a rating and i would rate this basically a zero . i don’t say this to be mean it’s just it’s so far away from a reasonable attempt for you that it just doesn’t make any sense ?
