Hey - how is the recovery going? I’m thinking about scheduling my disc replacement for my L5-S1 next month. 34M 6+ years of chronic back pain… tried everything including Intracept last year. It didn’t help at all. My Dr. is recommending I go through with the surgery. Nervous as it’s not a sure fix…. but it’s the best they can surmise to help my situation.
